  • A range of workshops are also available ranging in size between 360 and 1,300 sq ft (33 and 120 sq m). All of our spaces are let on flexible terms so that you can give just one month’s notice at any time.
  • We also provide a sophisticated Virtual Tenancy service with a range of options including full call answering and messaging facilities.

The facilities are built to high environmental standards with grey water recycling, photovoltaics and a wind powered hydrogen mini-grid.
