Speaker

Dominic Colenso

Dominic knows a thing or two about the high’s and low’s of performance. By the time he was 26 he had flown a Thunderbird, lost one million dollars and been fired by Simon Cowell.

During his career as an actor, Dominic appeared alongside some of the UK’s most famous performers. For him getting lost at sea, recording a Bette Midler cover with Westlife’s producer, saving people from a burning oil rig, escaping from a Venezuelan prison and even playing Prince Andrew, were all in a day’s work. A parallel career as a theatre director introduced his creative flare to international audiences.

Exciting? Yes! – but Dominic discovered his true talent when he was asked to give acting masterclasses at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and several of the UK’s other leading drama schools – coaching and motivating the stars of tomorrow.

This experience inspired Dominic to set up his own company, In Flow Training, so that he could share his practical and transformational methodology with a wider audience. He now works with businesses around the world to help individuals, teams and leaders take centre stage and deliver outstanding performances.

Dominic lives in York with his wife and young daughter. When not speaking and coaching he enjoys walking in the Yorkshire Dales and throwing himself down rivers in his whitewater kayak.
