The surface modelling course is ideal for consumer and product designers who have a requirement to create complex shapes and forms and also those that work with other CAD file formats which sometimes have a need to be repaired.
This course introduces the concept of modelling with surfaces. The ability to mix and match between surfaces and solids is discussed in depth and a typical surface modelling workflow forms a large part of the course.
Attendees should have attended the Advanced Part Modelling course as many of the commands are re-used and prior knowledge is expected.
This is an advanced course and attendees would be expected to have an excellent knowledge of the fundamentals of the software.
