New workspace group for future innovation talent, to connect, collaborate, share experiences and help shape the future of our industry.
AMP Technology Centre is calling out to occupiers to join the Future Leaders Network to progress and support ambitious young people in their businesses. The Future Leaders Network is aimed at the next generation of talent, moving through the ranks in advanced manufacturing and engineering. Apprentices, graduates and people in the early stages of their careers are coming together to form a new peer-to-peer group, sharing ideas, advice, common challenges and social capital.
This type of network is readily available within senior leadership circles in the sector and the benefits are well understood. And yet, opportunities for younger people to tap into cross-sector groups that champion knowledge sharing and collaboration are less accessible. By launching and supporting this workspace-based network, AMP Technology Centre hopes to connect occupiers with the benefits of sector networking early on in their careers.

The quarterly in-person networking group will connect people over a series of working lunches and round tables hosted by AMP Technology Centre. Discussions will be themed around evolving topics spinning out from and led by the network. The first meeting is set to be held at the end of June/early July at AMP Technology Centre. Businesses can leave their details with the reception team to receive more information on dates and direct invites. We are keen to hear from all AMP Technology Centre businesses that currently host apprentices, graduate positions and people in the early stages of their career – that could benefit from this collaborative approach.
